How to undelete phone logs blackberry torch

Accidentally, I deleted all my phone logs on my blackberry torch 9860. I need some of them for various purposes and to return calls. Is there a way to undelete phone logs blackberry? If possible find one that has a free service.

Hello there,

 

As far as I know if you are a prepaid subscriber, there’s no way to recover deleted phone logs. But if you are a postpaid plan subscriber you’ll be able to request your call logs from the network you are subscribe to. Or you can logon to their official website and browse to your account.

How to undelete phone logs blackberry torch

Hi Michael,

Blackberry phones have event logs that usually bear some of the call logs. This worked for some units and I hope this will work with yours also. All you have to do is bring up the event log by pressing ALT+LGLG. It will show up recent activities on your phone. It only keeps data for one day and when you do a battery pull, all of the data will be lost.
