How to uninstall bestcrypt 8.04 4?

Hello, experts! I am in a serious problem.

I have suffered from bestcrypt 8.04 4 uninstall.

There is an error in uninstalling that says there is the protection of administrator.

Please suggest me how can I remove bestcrypt 8.04 4 from my PC.
