Hi,

How to update outlook contacts plug in from imap? I would like to ask about the set up or proper settings of this outlook contact plug in for imap. This is very difficult for me because I am not an expert when it comes to technical issues.

How to update outlook contacts plug in from imap?

Hello Mr. Young Hernandez,

I give you some tips that may help you.
 

1. Open your online email server & try to connect the email client through IMAP.
2. Navigate to your list of contacts. Now select the addresses which you want to send to your email client.
3. Find the "Export" command and choose a file type to save the contact list. If you use Outlook as your email client then save the file as .csv. If you use Mac computer then save the file as a vcard.
4. Download and save the file.
5. Open your email client then find the command named "Import Contacts".
6. Choose the file you saved in Step 4 then import into the program.
