How to upload and publish WordPress in XAMPP?

Hello,

I know this is just simple for those who do web hosting, but i don't have any clues how to finish this, I create a webpage using my WordPress and I wonder if i can publish this project, and i am using xampp as my web server and already set up everything my SQL and PHP admin would it be possible for me to upload my WordPress template in xampp and publish the website that I created, how will I do it, is there anyone who is very kind to share knowledge on how to done this project? Or want to share links or tip's that will be very useful for me?
