How to upload photos and albums with Picasa?

I have Google+ account as well as Picasa. Primarily, I am using Google+ when uploading photos and albums. I want to use Picasa now as an alternative to Google+. How can I set it up and use Picasa for uploading photos and albums? I need help. Thanks.

How to upload photos and albums with Picasa?

Go to www.picasaweb.com. Sign in with your Gmail account. Go to upload. Click on new album and fill up all blank post. Then click on start upload. I think the process will be worked successfully.
