How to use 3connect birdstep software.

Hi all users,

I am using 3 connect dongle on my Lenovo laptop since last few years. But now I am receiving some pop-up error messages on my dongle with the heading Birdstep Technology. With this error message I have downloaded 3connect birdstep software also, but I am not able to use it. Can anyone guide me to use it.

How to use 3connect birdstep software.

Hi,

 

The simplest thing you can try is to uninstall 3Connect and then Reinstall it.

 

Or

 

Check which version of 3Connect your system has, if it is not version 3.0 then upgrade it to version 3.0. 

 

To check the current version:- 

 

1. Go to Help.

 

 

2. Click version.

 

If you don't have 3.0, 3Connect will upgrade it automatically on their network.

If still problem persists you must speak to 3Connect Support regarding the issue.
