I use Windows Vista. After installing backup4all display safely, I was using it and also trying to understand the working process. But suddenly, I received an error message said "Backup4all application has stopped working". Why it occurred and what is the solution ?

I think you have a virus in your PC and that is affecting your computer files. First remove the virus by installing the Antivirus program and then run the program and I am sure you will be able to use the program. Once you have removed the virus from your system then follow these steps:

Go to Control Panel

Select System & Maintenance

Click on system

Now click on Advanced system settings

Click the advanced tab

Click Performance settings
-
Now click on Data execution Prevention tab and check the Turn on DEP for windows programs and service option.

Hello Justine,
When you got the message, close all running programs and start your PC in “Safe Mode”. In safe mode, follow the following steps:
Go to the Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System > Advanced System Setting > Advance Tab > Performance Setting > Data Execution Prevention Tab > Put check mark on the Turn on DEP for windows programs and service option > OK.
Restart your PC and open in normal mode. Run your program again. Hope the problem will solve. If the problem is not solved, update your antivirus and perform a full scan of your PC.
