I'm a newbie on web design so I need a very fast and easy way to create and my ideal website for specific groups of people because I don't know how to use HTML or any web coding system so where can I download the most popular free web authoring software?

I will give you a few more so you can choose which is better. http://www.chami.com/html-kit/tools/ This is another one free authoring system called HTML Kit Tools. And the last one https://www.activestate.com/komodo-ide/downloads/edit Komodo Edit. I am sure that this three solutions will help you a lot.
