How to use root sum square function excel?

I am new in Excel And I need help on creating my statistical report. I need to know how to use the Root Sum Square or the RSS Method in Excel. I need it to get the summary of the square roots of my report. I need links or video tutorials or just please provide some examples so I can study on it. Thanks.
