How to use window FTP code for transfer data?

As FTP protocol is used to upload and download files quickly. I am looking for window FTP code so that I could transfer files to the server easily. I am using window 7 platform and is there any fast way to handle with window FTP code and how to show FTP shortcut on desktop. Any suggestion will be most appreciated.

Well you could use some software to help you with that.

There is a number of different software solutions

You can try out FILEZILLA.

Also you can try out WINSCP.

If you have a MAC then you can use TRANSMIT

These are one of the best and easiest soft wares that you can find. The first two are free while Transmit is a shareware.If you want to have an integrated FTP client in your Firefox try out FireFTP
