Hi,

I need some advice from expert Adobe Photoshop (CS5) designers. We have a subject that needs our picture to be edited using that tool. How will I turn my picture to anime?

How will I turn my picture to Anime?

Hello,

 

In general, any animation is done frame by frame, with each frame being an image of your choice. Individual images can be edited by you in any way you want using all your creativity power. After you do that, you can use the features offered

by Adobe Photoshop to properly add the frames together in order to create a sequence of frames which is animation. In Photoshop, you use the Animation panel or Timeline panel to create animation frames. I am attaching a link below.
