In the latest news, there will be no  retina display for the latest release of MacBook Pro,
who will be the  user affected with it?
Why will there be an advantage, if there will be a retina display?
Â
How will users of MacBook Pro affect without retina display?
It is believed that the threshold point at which the human eye can no longer detect the presence of pixels to be at 300 pixels per inch, the goal of retina display is to provide smoother images by topping that at 326 pixels per inch. So that is the only advantage of having retina display – smoother image. Users who like to watch high-definition movies will be the ones that will be most affected to not having retina display on their Macbooks. But then again even a known manufacturer of TVs (Panasonic) once asserted that on any normal viewing distance and angle unless the screen is bigger than 50 inches, people will not be able to tell the difference between 720p and 1080p. Hope this helps.
