Why is the HP laptops are considered as the worst and best laptops.
Today in terms of Design , Tech Support, Keyboard , Touchpad , Audio , Power , Durability and Display?
“HP” the best and worst laptops today?
Depending upon the various computers or laptops the users generally sometimes give a very positive review and sometimes the review is extremely negative. This is because some products of HP are extremely good, and some products are substandard.
Some of the good features of HP are
• The customer service is really good, you can find an HP customer service Centre very easily in your locality and their service is good
• In HP laptops, a good feature is the ability to lock the touchpad while it is not in use, which is a very handy feature.
• The speed of the laptop is very good
• The design is sleek and trendy
The cons are
• Some of the products of HP are having faulty design, just like the hinge of my HP dv6 laptop, which need a replacement every year due to hinge problems, due to a design error by HP.
• There are issues of overheating in various HP laptops due to the ineffectiveness of cooling system, and also since some models have a metal body which gets heated up on us.
• Low battery life is another issue which HP users usually face.
