Officejet essential won’t work properly. Has anybody else encountered such problem due to windows upgrade? Tell me how to rectify this issue. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

One way of solving this is to uninstall the software and find a version that's compatible with yours operating system. There is a lot of free downloadable software available online. You just have to search for it.

The drivers for your H.P. The unit is already enclosed within the new Windows Seven Operation system! You don't have to be compelled to transfer drivers to use the merchandise. You need instead to remove the current driver before installing the new one. Follow these steps : Uninstall HP Driver using HP Uninstaller. Uninstall Driver in the Printers Folder.
