HP Pallivan G6 i5 sound problem

I have got a laptop of HP that is HP Pallivan G6 with i5 processor and it has a very bad problem in it. When I open my laptop and keep it ideal for a minute or two then the sound does not come. It is completely blocked or whatever. The music and in game sound also dose not show. On the other hand if I continue playing music then nothing happens with the sound. Please help me to overcoming this problem.

There are few alternatives you can try to overcome the issue,

• Right click the speakers,on the task bar > playback devices > select the default devices (speakers & headphones) > set default
• Install device updates if there are any

                          

• Go to device manager > sound > uninstall any game and video controllers > restart computer > open device manager again > go to sound > right click > scan for hardware changes (this will reinstall the controllers)

                            

• Do a system restore of a prior date where the sound was functioning properly & check for the functionality
• Open the system file checker tool & check for any issues with the operating system

Hope any of these strategies would solve the issue!
