Hi. I tried installing into my computer my HP – Photosmart Premium C410 series (it has fax, wireless, all-in-one) after checking if my computer meets the requirements so I can install the software. My computer has Windows Vista and the following message appeared. What should I do in this case?

HP Photosmart Premium C410 series installation error

Hi John, regarding your concern, it seems that despite your vista OS other hardware specs needed to be checked and compared with the minimum requirements that printer driver is needing. The best solution for you is to check on the minimum requirements label on the package of the product and check if vista is included, next will be the other hardware specs such as ram.
