Html5 travel templates problem with CSS

Html5 travel templates problem with CSS. I bought one template but CSS is extremely inefficient, perhaps automated. Also, javascript is pretty horrific, a lot of copy and paste  e.g. the setup of #select1 and select2 and then silly select first option as selected even if underlying select box has another option selected. I need to recode this and I need help. I don't know how to change CSS and javascript codes.
