HTTP 0 Error on launching VM Console for SENSOR-VE

Dear All,

 

I have been trying hard to launch the VM Console for SENSOR-VE.However every attempt seems to be a failure.

I have tried three different firmware versions,various RSPversions and different browsers but it has been of no use.

The error is listed below.

 

 

 

"The server could not complete a request (HTTP 0)

 The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.If the problem persists,  please contact your system administrator"

HTTP 0 Error on launching VM Console for SENSOR-VE

Hello Pamela,

To resolve the issue that you are getting when trying to launch the VM Console for SENSOR-VE you will need to use the following workaround:

• Try making changes to the Tomcat Configuration fixed the error "The server could not complete a request (HTTP 12031" . VMware server 2.00.2.2712. 
• In order to make those changes, you will need to go to Programs, and then choose VMWARE.
• After that choose Vmware Web Access  and then Configure Tomcat. 
• You will then go to the Java tab and then click on  "Use Default". 
• After that save changes. Vmware should be running faster after that.
