Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management Software turns idle when launching

When I am trying to launch HPCM,.. it showing like "collecting AD information"..after that it is idle for a long time..not launching..

See also other program if you encounter this. If you encounter situation when using other program, might have problem to your computer operating system and you need to make it faster by using programs that will clear some errors to your computer like anti virus, registry cleaner, defrag etc. But if you encounter that only by using HPCM, then  might problem with that program, uninstalling and installing sometimes solve the problem and most of the time and sure that will fix the problem is by doing updates. Update fixes error from program that you are using so I suggest you to do that.
