I am encountering this kind of error “PDF optimizer menu missing”?

Hi experts, can anyone help me how to solve this error “pdf optimizer menu missing”? And what does it mean? I need the pdf file now. Thank you and I hope that you will be able to help me out of this.

I am encountering this kind of error “PDF optimizer menu missing”?

To resolve that issue, use the following procedure:

• First, open the slow PDF in Acrobat Pro, and then click "File" on the menu bar and choose "Open." In the open dialog box, go to the file, and then choose it and then click "Open."
• After that click "Advanced" on the menu bar and then choose "PDF Optimizer." The PDF Optimizer dialog box will open.
• After that click the "Audit space usage" button to open the Audit Space Usage dialog box. You will need to click "OK" to close the dialog box.
• And then check "Color Images" portion of the "Image Settings" section of the PDF Optimizer dialog box.
• Also check the "Grayscale Images" portion of the "Image Settings" section of the PDF Optimizer dialog box.
• Check also the "Monochrome Images" portion of the "Image Settings" section of the PDF Optimizer dialog box.
• Make changes to the above settings accordingly, and then click "OK" to apply the settings.
