I Am Facing A 0xc00ce556 Error After Installing Windows

0xc00ce556 error is the unexpected error that occurs when the user tries to install a program or open a program or even when the user boots the computer up and open the Desktop. It is also known as parsing error 0xc00ce556. The error message display ‘Error parsing C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\machine.config Parser returned error 0xc00ce556.’

The solutions to fix the 0xc00ce556 error are as follows:

Solution 1:

Replace the corrupt machine.config file with the default file.

Step 1: Press Windows key + R and type C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\
Step 2: Look for a file named machine.config.default and copy it to a new file location.
Step 3: Go back to the same location and delete the corrupt machine.config file.
Step 4: Rename the machine.config.default file to machine.config and paste it back to the previous file location.
Step 5: Close the File Explorer and restart the system.
