I Am Facing An 8024400d Error While Communicating Through Emails

The 8024400d error code is the Windows update error that occurs when the user wants to upgrade to new Windows. It usually appears when Windows 7 or Windows 10 update system is broken or there are network related glitches. The most common cause for this error code is communication failure over the internet with Microsoft update servers. The methods to fix the error code is as follows:

Method 1: Disable the proxy connection.

Step 1: Open the browser and go to Tools >> Internet Options.
Step 2: Open Connections and LAN Settings.
Check to make sure that the proxy is disabled or not.

Method 2:

Disable the Security program on the computer.
