I frequently face whatsapp connection error and thus I am not able to receive my messages. Any ideas how to fix this issue which I am facing?

Hello, this is a very common problem amongst people. It also has many methods to fix this. Just go through the steps and try them to see which one helps you out.

1. If your device does not have WhatsApp up to date, it is mandatory to update to the latest version.
2. Check in your device’s settings if the background data for WhatsApp is turned on or not.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Make sure your wifi is not having disconnecting issues.
