I am getting the following error message using LogMeIn Hamachi which says “Failed to connect to the engine. How can I fix this error? Can you provide me the best solution so that I may start the engine? Thanks in advance.

You are having this error because of some reasons:

You have failed to start LogMeIn Hamachi

You are in error state
-
Application is being blocked by your anti virus
You can find the status of your engine by:
-
Pressing the "Windows key" to your keyboard together with "R"

Type "services. msc" in the run box that appear and then hit "Enter"

Search for "LogMeIn Hamachi Tunnel Engine"

If your engine is one of these:
-
Starting
-
Stopping
-
Started
Restart the application, if nothings happen then restart your computer
If after restarting your computer still error is encountered, add an exclusion for Hamachi-2-I. ex. Just ask or contact the anti virus support that you are using to guide you on how you can do this.
