Greetings to you all,
I recently bought a Mental Ray software to help me produce unrivaled images through designs created using the computer and data that enables the creation of digital content.
I use Windows XP with a memory capacity of 8GB.
Whenever I try to run Mental Ray software, I get this error?
Is it still a problem with the memory?Â
Kindly help out.
mental ray fatal error
mental ray has encountered a fatal error and the application will now shutdown. The error is:
PAR 0.0 fatal 021312: connection to master broken.goodbye.
Thank you very much.
I am getting an error when i run MentalRay software
Usually when a fatal error is generated by a program most of the time the problem is the program's compatibility with the operating system.
It is like running very fast straight into a solid wall where you come crashing in the end.
You did not check if your system is compatible with the software.
If you have its installer CD load it in the CD drive and browse the disc with Windows Explorer.
Look for a readme file, .nfo file or any text or document files.
Open the file and check if you could find there the program’s system requirements.
Read the details carefully and see if your hardware can handle or is compatible with the program.
Open any .nfo file with notepad.
Mental Ray will not run unless you know its hardware requirements.
