I am using an HP computer. I want to solve an error which is making me frustrated. I have encountered the error message the user profile service failed the logon. Please help me to solve this error. Thanks in advance!

Please follow the steps given below carefully to solve your problem.

1. Shut down your computer completely. Now start it again.
2. Log into your PC as an administrator.
3. Start the HP SimplePass software for PC
4. Make a new user copy of your account
5. Completely remove the old user account using Microsoft’s system software.
