Hello, there is a slight chance that the error you are facing is because of your incorrectly installed firmware or your Blu-ray is soon to be dead or already is.

First, as it is a hardware issue you have to try going into the console recovery, this is a risky option but is working for users.

1. Start the system in standby (when the red light is on)
