I downloaded Sony Vegas 60.exe, editing software into my Dell Inspiron 1525 64-bit laptop to help me conveniently import and edit music and videos. My problem started when I tried to run it as the error message below kept popping up. Kindly help.
vegas60.exe – .NET Framework Initialization Error
To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v1.1.4322
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework.

I am unable to import and edit music and videos
You need to install the .Net Framework v1.1.4322.
1. Download Net Framework using Google or You can just click here,
2. Save the Installer in your computer.
3. Install the downloaded file.
4. Restart the computer
5. Run the Vegas060.exe
Make sure you run as admin if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system.

This error required .NET Framework to solve. .NET Framework Initialization Error is not a common error but we can see this error for sometime. .NET Framework is a plug-in for windows system 32. This is missing that’s why this error shows.
In order to solve this problem you need to download .NET Framework from website and install it in your pc. You can find it in many website. You just need to go to Google.com and search for it. Then follow the instruction to install it.
Other option is to update your current direct X version. Install direct X9. This will default install .NET Framework in your system.
