A minute of your time please. I have been trying to re-install Power-DVD into my computer from a CD after uninstalling it some time back when it refused to run after working with it for a while, but it keeps bringing this error message. Could there be something I am doing wrong?

Much obliged.
I am unable to install PowerDVD
Files that are necessary for installing the software is missing. it is causing because your cd got damaged somehow. Check your CD surface for any kind of scratches or any damage sign. If there’s no sign at all, insert the CD into ROM and try to copy the entire cd into your hard drive.
You better copy all the files in one folder. That way it won’t scatter and would be lot more easy for you to recognize them. If the copy process completes successfully then run the installer file (.EXE file). If the files copied successfully and without any error, then the soft will be installed properly. If u can't copy the entire CD any way, then you can be sure there is something wrong with your CD and it’s time to replace it.
