I cannot access two of my computer drive
Hello Mickel,
I have a best solution of this type of problem. this problem will caused due to a hidden virus or script named as ( Autorun.ini) in the infected drives. Symptoms of this virus is that, when you double click on the drive, the "open with " window will be appears. But you can also access the drive by right click on drive and then click "explorer".
here is the procedure of permanently remove of this virus step by step.
STEP-1
in the explorer bar, click on  Tools–Folder Options
folder options setting window will appears
STEP-2
Select "view" Tab
then select the option "Show hidden files and folders"
After this scroll down the list and uncheck the box of "Hide protected operating system files(Recommended)"
And then click ok
STEP-3
Go to " Start menu " and select search. Click on " All files and folders"
Type the file name " Autorun.ini " to be searched and press enter.
You can search this file in individual drives.
delete the file named as " Autorun" with location just like  C:    D:   or   E:.
STEP-4
After deleting These files ( one file in each drive), Simply restart the System. After the starting the drives will be unlocked.
All the Best..
