I cannot connect my phone to my car

I have the option to pair my phone to my car, but every time I think I am successful, it fails. What do I need to do to get this to work? It does connect for a short period of time but then if I receive a call it only comes through on the phone. I am really wishing to get thing synced up. Thank you.

Actually, your question is not very clear & lacks further details about the issue. But it seems that there are some errors in the OS.
