I cannot reinstall Daemon Tools

I have recently installed Windows Vista in my computer system. However, when I tried to reinstall Daemon Tools I got the following error. I have never experienced such scenario before. What exactly is it and how could I fix it?

 

Error:

DAEMON Tools Lite

This program requires at least Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.60 or higher.Kernel debugger must be deactivated.

I cannot reinstall Daemon Tools

May be some problem has occurred when you install daemon tools on your vista based Pc. What version of vista you used, you can't detailed it. However here I suggest it's installation process to follow-

At first you have to create a package directory.

Follow this-

mkdir -p /package
     chmod 1755 /package
     cd /package

Now download again a new versions of daemons tool and place it in your package directory that you just create.

Now compile your daemon tool setup and follow this program-

Install the package from zipped file.

Your problem is now solved.

mail [email protected] < /package/admin/daemontools/compile/sysdeps
