I bought a new iPhone recently and I’m trying to sync it with my new 64-bit Windows 7 system. When I connect it to my computer, there is a pop-up window saying “unknown error” with a code: 0xE8000065.
How can I fix this? Please help.

I cannot sync my new iPhone with Windows 7 64-bit
To resolve this issue, uninstall your iTunes and remove all the components completely. And then try to restore your device. Hope this works.
I cannot sync my new iPhone with Windows 7 64-bit
Hello,
I think it’s a very simple issue but sometimes it’s hard for new user. So let’s see how to synchronize the iPhone with windows 7 64-bit OS.
Step-1- If you already setup the iTunes 64-bits software in your OS then uninstalls it and restore your PC
Step-2- After restarts go to iTunes 64-bits software and install it. But remember when you install it please connect your device and install.
Step-3- After install again restart your computer and connect your device in PC USB but you see it not working but don’t worry. This is the main part. We know apple phone only reliable in Mac OS that why it create difficulties in windows OS USB.
Final Step-just change your USB port or use an external USB device for iPhone device’s hope this time it’s surely working. But remember if not connect then again change the device USB.Thanks.
