I Can’t Uninstall a Game through Add/Remove Programs Tool

Hello,

Last week I installed "Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit" on my PC.

But I don't know for some reason, the game was playing very slow on my computer. So, I decided to uninstall it. But when I tried to Uninstall it, using the Add/Remove Program Tool in Control Panel, the Name of the game was appearing in the Add/Remove Program List, but "Uninstall" Button was not appearing. The Strange thing is, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is the Only Program, for which the Uninstall Button is not appearing. It is too frustrating because the game is occupying more than 6 GBs of my Hard Drive. I really need your help. I'm using XP.

Please Tell me:

1. How can I Uninstall it,
2. How to Bring the Uninstall Button in Add/Remove Programs Tool, when it is not appearing.

I Can’t Uninstall a Game through Add/Remove Programs Tool

You can try to restart the computer and then open add or remove window and then check whether the uninstall button is showing or not. If not, then you can directly go to c drive and open the program file folder. search for the folder need for speed, then delete it directly. You'll regain your 6GB of space. It won't affect your computer. These is done by many people.

I Can’t Uninstall a Game through Add/Remove Programs Tool

You can restart your PC. and try again.If you failed go to the game folder select the uninstall file. click on it and your game will be uninstalled. Or resetup your windows.

 Brother ,Do  one  thing  delete the game  manually and then  go to  add and remove  program, it  will show you the option to remove instead of uninstall,and that game Nfs hot pursuit will be washed for ever,well i can even give you the tip to increase the speed of that game if you would have asked ,but for now farewell….
