I Face A 0x80090006 Error Message For Using An Application To Remove A Virus From My PC

When a user tries to remove the virus using third-party antivirus software, then an error occurs named 0x80090006 error. The error message appears like: “A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer.” This is a dangerous error message, and the system will not run in safe mode.

The steps to fix the 0x80090006 error code are as follows:

• Clamwin v 94 sent rsaenh.dll file to the quarantine.
• The user has to remove all the disk and install the XP machine as a slave.
• Located quarantine dir usually allusers/.clamwin/quarintine and rename it to infected.prefex.
• Open the scan logs to find the original location of the file and paste the file at its original location.
• Now, reinstall the disk.
