I forgot my security question and password of my Skype account. Please tell what to do?

I forgot my security question

Hi Sanaabid,

You can access the 'forgotten password page' (https://a.login.skype.com/diagnostics) and provide the email address you used when you register for your Skype account. Access your email and look for an email with a subject: Password Token from Skype, be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate the email in your Inbox.

 

Once the email is located, click the temporary code link and it will take you to the page where you need to type in your new password twice. The new password must have at least one number or letter, it should be 6-20 characters long. Finally, click the Change password and sign me in button.

I forgot my security question

On your Skype application you can click on problem signing in? This will redirect you to the Skype website. Put your email in that you registered with Skype when you setup your account. If you don't know your registered email, click on forgotten email it will redirect you to the accounts and setting page click on the request help page link. On the next page you can follow the links to contact help.

If you know your email address, then it's straightforward. Submit your email address, a temporary password will be sent to your email address, click on the link or submit the code manually. Young will be asked to create another password.
