I get installing trouble too.

Hello,

I get installing trouble too. I uninstall Kaspersky 2011 and restart the computer after that I install 2012 and then the error 1935 came out. I don't identify what to do. Afterward I set up getsysteminfo

I have also set up Kaspersky antivirus removal to double test my computer.

Then I restart my pc again and again, but still the same problem.

Give a solution.

By the way, am I able to download the trial edition, then I utilize my activation code to active it.

Hello,

I hear your concern regarding this matter. I do suggest that you have to enter the correct activation code so that the installation will go through. If not, download a kaspersky product key generator or search some forums that gives the correct activation key. Or in your Kaspersky cd installer it is really there. If not uninstall the antivirus and download another one as your last option. Because I also experience that before and I switch to another antivirus.

Hallo Erick,

If that is a Kaspersky version that you got for free from the internet then it is more probable that it has got some issues, for instance the setup might be corrupted and that's why after you install it is malfunctioning. You will need to do the following to resolve the issue:

• If you must get Kaspersky from the internet then you will need to ensure that you are downloading from a site that is trusted. Some sites may offer you free applications that do not work.
• Otherwise you might want to consider purchasing Kaspersky from a software shop near to be sure that it is good and it will work properly when you install it, and also the keys will be valid.
