I am not an expert on computers, but I think I have a software problem on my Dell Studio 1558 laptop with 6GB of RAM and I5 processor. I use Windows 7 Home premium edition with service pack 1 on x64 bit on it. The problem is that every time I use the laptop
I get a popup windows saying this: “Error code 0x00000002:
The system can not find the file specified”.
Do you have any idea about this problem?
Thanks!

Your laptop’s registry may be overloaded with irrelevant information/corrupted files, so try to clean and fix registry. This can be done manually by using some PC optimizer registry repair software. (Trying using Reginout or Ashampoo WinOptimizer)
Also have you tried to restore your system to an earlier date? If not, then try restoring it to some previous date when you were not encountering this problem.
Before starting system restore it is advised to save your ongoing work, as your system will need reboot after this.
Now please follow these steps:
1. Click on Start Menu Button.
2. Now type System Restore in the search box
3. Next in the list of search results, click System Restore. (You may have to provide Administrator Password or provide Confirmation, depending on your user profile type.)
4. A Wizard will appear now follow the steps in the wizard to choose a restore point and restore your computer.
Hope this helps.
