Hello experts,

I got an asus recovery error. There is an error when I try to recover some files in my asus laptop with an operating system of windows 7 64 bit. I am confused on what is the first thing to do on getting all my files recovered. Give me some advice on how am I going to solve this issue.

Hello Madison! Good Day!

May I know what was the error all about? Anyways, you can the windows system restore. You can restore your computer to the point where your files were still working fine.

You can also restore to recover individual files. Of course you need the system restore on for any drive that you want to be able to restore files. Once system restore is turned on, a system restore dialogue box opens up. Search and then right click on the folder the file used to be in. Then click "Restore previous versions".
