Hello friends,
I got a problem with my mp3 player hitech drivers. Our company are conducting some training and we need to include mp3 files for the sound effects and other kind of presentation. Unfortunately, the mp3 player is not working due to some problem with drivers. The error says about compatibility, we are using windows 7 starter operating system.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,
I will help you with some basic trouble shooting steps. Please check the following:
>>Make sure your sound is not disabled.
>>Check if you have the drivers installed for the sound card on your computer.
>>Go to device manager and click on the Sound, video and game controllers.
>>Check if you see a yellow mark on it. If you see it, you’ll need to update your driver.
>>Make sure your file to be played is in mp3 format.
>>If the above steps do not work, try reinstalling the program on your computer.
This should fix your issue.
Thanks and regards,
Skarbos Jay.

Hello Anthony,
It is better to check first if the problem is in your sound card driver and this can be done through a basic way:
1.  Go to My Computer
2.  Library
3.  Music
4.  Sample Music
And then choose play for any of the sample files available. If it plays, then it could be a compatibility issue. Re-install the program and if prompted to install in compatible with your OS, click yes. However if the player still does not work, it is better to use another mp3 player that is compatible with your OS. Winamp could be helpful. Hope this could fix.Â
