I am having headaches with a corrupt file on belkin router. I need to find a way to delete it without affecting or damaging other files associated to installation files. There are a lot of issues on it so I want to know if it is advisable to reinstall everything or should I just delete the corrupted file? Any ideas?

Hello Edward,

If the corrupted file is the system files found inside your router's software. Yes, it's very much okay to reinstall your router's driver software. This way you get rid of the annoying corrupted files as it is to be replace by new one.

Make sure to setup the software driver installer properly. If in doubt you should go and read back your driver software manual.

Deleting one of the file data of your router won't solve your problem In fact you will be having more issue with it.

Hope this solves the problem mate.
