I have downloaded street template visio, now what?

Is it just me or downloading a street template Visio is a dead end? From the Microsoft release of free Visio templates, I have downloaded this cute Office Comics template. It includes customized shapes and stencil and for some reason, I kind of like it. But what should I do with the template files?

How can I actually apply it to my PC?
