Hi Experts,
I have failed to install Office 2013 on my PC running with Windows 7 Service Pack 2 Pro. I have also taken license for my Windows. I received an error message while installing Office 2013 from "Setup.X86.en-us_O365HomePremRetail_ab23b275-f32c-4784-b74b-20fd415646b8__TX_DB_.exe".
It says "You need to get a modern version of Windows". I also used another installer and got the error message mentioned below.
How can I get remedy from this issue?
Please help.

Hello.
As your message read "You need to get a modern version of Windows" means that the ms office 2013 is not compatible with your current operating system. You need to update your operating system in order to install ms office 2013. However you need to contact your technical support of office 2013 in order to resolve this issue.
Thank you.

Hi Kenneth,
To get the problem done, I can give you a suggestion, first you will need to unregistered your windows installer and register again the windows installer, you can follow the steps below,
-
When in windows, press the windows button or start and then click run
-
There will be box opened, in the box type msixexc / unreg after that press ENTER
-
After you do that, open again the start and run
-
There will be box opened, in the box type msixexc / regserver and after that finish with ENTER
Hope this can help you
