I have potential problems of Flash Catalysts/ Flash Builder workflow

I am considering implementing the Tailgate Platform and am I weighing the option of switching to the new version of Adobe Flash catalyst 4.6 even though it is not fully completed. However I have potential problems of Flash Catalysts/ Flash Builder workflow and I want to know the reason why it happens?

This FXP project has been modified outside of Flash Catalyst

and cannot be opened.

I have potential problems of Flash Catalysts/ Flash Builder workflow

Flash catalyst only opens projects which were created and then saved in the Catalyst. Note that any .fxp extension that has been saved in the builder will never be opened in the Catalyst. Moreover, after you have edited from Flash Builder, a return to flash Catalyst is not possible. It’s a feature that works with CS5.5 only
