Hello Moazzem!
Windows explorer "explorer.exe" must be added first as an exception for Data Execution Prevention "DEP" which can be found in CPU or so called motherboard to be able to install Power Keylogger in hidden mode.
To be able to do this, right click my computer and choose Properties > Advanced > and then find the Performance Section and click Settings. After clicking Settings, a window will open and you will go to Execution Data Prevention and choose the 2nd radio button. Just add C:WindowsExplorer.exe on the exception's list.
This is what I did last time that I encountered such problem. I hope it works on yours too.

Hello Moazzem,
It is possible that the key logger version that you are using in not compatible with the specifications of the operating system that you have.
Some of the things that you might want to check or if the operating system is a 64 bit or a 32 (which is also 86 bits) bit, and then look for a key logger program that is compatible with the version of your operating system.
If your operating system is a 64 bit, then look for a key logger program which is also a 64 bit because if you try installing a 64 bit on a 32 bit operating system, then that will not work.
Otherwise, try running the installation in safe mode and see if it works.

Looks like this version of Powered Keylogger is not compatible with your operating system. What's the operating system you have.
Even the latest version of Powered Keylogger won't work with Windows 7. It has some issues running on Windows Vista.
A new update is available, version 2.3.5.2112. Download that update and see whether this resolves the issue.

Hello there!
Are you using Windows 7 or Windows Vista Premium 64 Bit? Unfortunately, the current version of Powered Keylogger does not support Windows 7 and Windows Vista Premium 64 Bit. If not, uninstall the program and try to install it again with everything off. Turn off your antivirus, window defender and windows firewall. Also, I suggest that you get a diagnostic utility for the Powered Keylogger. Just run the pkdiag.exe and follow the instructions.
The diagnostic utility will check the Powered Keylogger and will help you locate the errors and fix it.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck to you!
