I have problem installing Quicken 2012

Good day,

I have tried all ways to install Quicken 2012 but it cannot be properly installed. I have migrated and copied files from Windows XP to Windows 7. But there was no problem till today. I have chatted with Quicken support and searched online to find a solution, but nothing found. Anybody have solution.

Please help.

I have problem installing Quicken 2012

 

You can manually uninstall Quicken from your laptop. Reasons for uninstalling include:

Issues occur whereas putting in a brand-new version as a result of the previous version remains put in.

A hiccup happens throughout the installation, and your laptop corrupts Quicken.(This will typically happen once mending the merchandise.)

 

Using panel you'll be able to simply uninstall the Quicken by Add/Remove Program's possibility.

 

If you have got tried uninstalling through the panel, you have to run the QCLeanUI tool to uninstall because it could be fast and straightforward thanks to take away the Quicken, and your laptop can be prepared to setup.

Please duplicate your Quicken file if any before continuing.

 

Run the QcleanUI tool:

3. Click the MSICLEAN.exe link at rock bottom of this page and save the file to the new folder.

Delete Quicken Shared Folders.

 

For Windows, seven / Vista:

 

1. Show hidden files and folders.

2. Within the C:Program DataIntuit folder, right-click the Quicken folder. Choose Delete, then make sure.

3. Within the C:Users[your user name]Application DataRoamingIntuit folder, right-click the Quicken folder. Choose Delete, then make sure.

4. Repeat steps three and four for every user on your laptop.

5. Within the C:Program Files folder, right-click the Quicken installation folder. Choose Delete, then make sure.

6. Empty the Recycle Bin and Restart your laptop, and install Quicken.

 

For Windows XP:

 

1. Show hidden files and folders.

2. Within the C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataIntuit folder, right-click the Quicken folder. Choose Delete, then make sure.

3. Within the C:Documents and Settings[your user name]Application DataIntuitQuicken folder, right-click the Quicken folder. Choose Delete, then make sure.

4. Repeat steps three and four for every user on your laptop.

5. Within the C:Program Files folder, right-click the Quicken installation folder, choose Delete, so make sure.

6. Empty your Recycle Bin and Restart your laptop, and install Quicken.

I have problem installing Quicken 2012

Hi,

I can help you with some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with Quicken on your computer.

1. To resolve this issue there is installers that will force-install the critical components. It is called Bootstrap install.
2. Download the Bootstrap install file from http://download.cnet.com/windows/
3. Once you have finished downloading the Bootstrap, double click the downloaded icon.
4. Now you’ll be able to install the Quicken easily onto your computer.

Good day,

 

If I read your post correctly, you are not getting any error message,Is that correct?

 

What Windows OS?  Are you doing something like right-click > Run As Admin OR are you just advising that you are logged into Windows as an admin user? try going here.

I have problem installing Quicken 2012

 

Hi, 

 If you are finding it difficult or you encounter an error when trying to install quicken 2012, please I advise you to contact the troubleshooting area of the install center. Quicken also requires you to have your license and product number for your version of quicken 2012 intact for possible installation.

Alternatively, you can try to install quicken with the help of a CD and I don’t know about you have try that.

Installing quicken with the help of a CD is as simple as A B C.

1. The first proven step is to insert the CD into the CD  realm of your computer and make sure the CD is not pirated.

2. Click on the start button on your PC 

3. Potions come out and select the computer from the potions

4. Right click on CD rum on your computer to open quicken 2012 installation CD  and select explore

5. Double click the install exe file to start the installation process then follow the instruction to complete the installation. 

The problem might be that your system does not meet with the requirement of Quicken 2012. Below are the requirement of Quicken 2012

1. Quicken for mac computer 2012

2. Quicken pro 2012

3. Quicken premier 2012

4. Quicken enterprise 2012
