I have a question on Nokia Audio Manager

Good day experts

I wanna ask a question on Nokia Audio Manager. I Installed it in my Personal Computer and my problem is whenever I plug in my Nokia Phone through the USB port it doesn't recognize the device. What do you think I must do to fix the problem?

I have a question on Nokia Audio Manager

Good day Corey

Have you tried to use a different USB port? Have you checked that your if your device is loaded correctly by going to the device manager to see if it is listed.

Go to start right click on my computer go to properties on the left hand side you will find device manager click on it.

If you find a yellow exclamation mark next to the phone if it`s not correctly installed. Your phone can also be under other USB devices listed as unknown device.

Right click on the phone and click update software. It will search for the necessary driver. If you installed the driver successfully, exit device manager and if prompted to restart the PC to do.

You can also check that your firewall is allowing your phone to communicate with your PC.

Go to start, control panel, system and security, firewall.

Click on allow program or features through windows firewall.

This should help your PC recognize your phone.
