I have Real Player boot access denied problem

My desktop was recently attacked by a trojan virus.  The problem started when I was trying to launch my RealPlayer.  It gave an access denied error.  What does Real Player boot access denied mean?  Do I have to reinstall RealPlayer?  I'm on Windows 8.  Thanks.

Thanks for your question may be your Real player is full of virus. So you should not install it again better that reinstall windows 8 and then scan virus. Your step will be  and download the Real player and install it. I believe that it keeps your PC quite well.
