Hi,
I use Windows XP SP2. Recently, I had formatted my PC with new Windows XP 2010 CD.
The problem is a message is appearing on my start bar. It says, "Your Computer is at Risk". What does it mean? Should I install the XP again? What should I do? Please help.

I have security problem in my pc
This is very common and normal.
It is a built-in feature in Windows XP2 to inform or notify you to use an antivirus program. Your computer will come out from risk but this notification will occur every time till you will disable this option. Just disable your firewall and antivirus monitoring. This notification will also be removed from your notifications.

Please don't be afraid. This message shows when Windows Firewall or Windows Automatic Update is set off.
Please check all those things and do as below:
-
Turn on Firewall from Control Panel, and then click Windows Firewall.
-
Automatic update is set on from control panel. Click Automatic Updates and update your computer as soon as possible.
-
Install Antivirus and update with latest DAT and all latest patches.
I hope you not need to install Windows again.
