I have some problem in the Pady 2 game

Hello, my computer configuration is not the best, but Paddy 2 is running on my system and there was no problem. I like to play this game with my friends, but the fact is that recently while I open up the game, the starting screen is white and don’t show anything. I closed it, opened again, and stayed for 15 minutes, but nothing got positive. Please say, why is this happening? Thank You

Actually, this can be because of a bug present within the game or due to a technical issue.

• First of all check whether the internet connection is strong enough & any personal firewall systems (if present), do not prevent you from connecting to the game servers. If not, ensure strong internet connections and try disabling the firewalls temporary.

• Then, open Internet Explorer > go to tools- internet options > select the security tab > internet > custom level. Now, reset the custom settings into "medium" > reset > yes > Ok. At the end, restart the computer.

• If this step also proves to be useless, then, uninstall the software and try re-installing the latest version of the game.

• If all these fails to solve the problem, contact a technician, since there might be an issue with the operating system.
